Returns
– We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.
– returned items must be unused, unworn, with price tag and in their original packaging.
– customized items are not eligible for return due to personalization.
– sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
Credit note instead of refund
– we do not offer cash refund.
– once your return is approved and received, you’ll receive a credit note equal to the items value.
– this credit note will be valid for 12 months and can be used on any future purchase on our website.
Exchange Policy
– if you’d like a different item, you can use your credit note to place a new order.
– Exchange is subject to availability and will follow the same return timeline.
– we will not be liable for any returns / exchanges were not notified within 3 days of delivery.
– A product can be exchanged once threw the course of an order.
How to return an item

– We will provide return instructions and the address to send the item.
– once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your credit note via email within 5 to 7 buisness days.
